EMES Annual Meeting 2025
8 – 11 May 2025
The 2025 EMES Annual Meeting will be held 30 April & 8-11 May 2025:
- Online on the 30 April 2025 (see below for times)
- Online and at the Centrum Barnabitów in Warsaw on the 8-11 May 2025.
The first session of the EMES Annual Meeting will be held Online on Wednesday 30 April at the following time:
17.30-19.00 Iceland
18.30-20.00 Britain, Ireland & Portugal
19.30-21.00 CEST (Florence, Paris, Prague, Stockholm Warsaw etc.)
20.30-22.00 EEST (Helsinki, Riga, Tallinn etc.) Lebanon, Moscow & Palestine
21.30-23.00 Georgia
All other sessions will be held Online & in Warsaw on the 8-11 May.
We will begin with our evening meal on Thursday 8th May at 18.00 and end with lunch on Sunday 11th May at 13.00.

Our speaker this year will be Emily Provance, a member of Fifteenth Street Meeting in New York Yearly Meeting. She travels in the ministry, leading programs and writing extensively on topics related to faith and community. She is an associate of Good News Associates.

Priority for the spaces in Warsaw will be given to EMES Representatives and Roleholders registering before the 28th February. All registrations close on the 25th April.
Fees
In Warsaw €540/£450 per person
Young Adult Friend (aged 18-35) rate in Warsaw: €160/£140 per person
There is no charge to join online
